How it Works!

After Requesting the service, our system admins create your username and password for a Pharmacy login.

The Pharmacy logs to the system by browsing to drongox.com/login and enter the generated username and password

The main dashboard page shows the latest 15 offers by Warehouses. Pharmacies can add these offers to their carts directly from this page.

Pharmacies can search items by Warehouse name by clicking the “Search & Buy” button from the side menu or “New Order” Button from the dashboard.

Pharmacies can search offers by available offers by clicking the “Offers” button from the side menu.

You can use our enhanced search for items by entering a partial item name.

Once the items and quantities are added to the cart, pharmacies can view their carts from the top menu by clicking the “Open Cart” button.

The system auto arranges different items from different Warehouses into different purchase requests.

Once an order is placed, Pharmacies can view their order status by clicking the “Orders” button on the side menu.

There is always an activated comment section between the Pharmacy and the Warehouse on each order page.

Once order is approved by the Warehouse, the status of the order is changed and a notification shows up in the notifications section on the top bar.

Once a comment is made over an order by the Warehouse, a notification shows up in the notification section on the top bar.

If needed, the Pharmacy can request a refund on items by clicking “request refund” and specify the items to refund and their quantity.

The Pharmacy can always update its own contact information by clicking its username shown on the top bar.

The Pharmacy can change the system language by clicking the language button on the top bar. The available languages are Arabic and English.

The Warehouse logs to the system by browsing to drongox.com/login and enter the generated username and password.

The main dashboard page for the Warehouse shows the latest 5 orders received from different pharmacies with their current status, that is usually “pending” for new orders not managed by the Warehouse.

The Warehouse can view/edit/delete its own inventory by clicking the “Products” button on the side bar

The Warehouse can add/edit/delete a single product in its inventory.

The Warehouse can select different tax options while entering the product details on the system.

The Warehouse can always upload an excel format file for all the inventory updates at once by clicking the “Import Products” button on the Products page at any given time.

The Warehouse can change the status of a given order by opening the order page and selecting from 4 different options: Pending, Approved, Rejected and Delivered.

The Warehouse can edit the quantity of each item in the order page.

The Warehouse can edit the quantity/percent of the offer of each item in the order page.

The Warehouse can view refund requests by clicking the “Refund Requests” button on the side menu.

The Warehouse can always update its own contact information by clicking its username shown on the top bar.

The Warehouse can change the system language by clicking the language button on the top bar. The available languages are arabic and english.
